Monday

- Burger of the Week - Tavern Taco Burger -  A 1/3 pound burger with homemade pico de gallo, Alp & Dell pepperjack cheese, fresh guacamole and fried tortilla strips on a toasted kaiser roll. Served with your choice of side.  

- Mac of the Week - Cajun Mac and Cheese – Andouille sausage, green pepper, onion and cajun spices mixed into our homemade Mac & Cheese, then topped with melted pepper jack.  Served with cornbread.

- Indiana Pork Tenderloin Sandwich - Pork tenderloin, pounded thin, buttermilk battered and breaded with saltine cracker crumbs. Served with mayo and pickle chips on a kaiser roll. Includes your choice of side.

- Kalberwurst - Ruef’s Kalberwurst and our Two Women Beer Onion Gravy, served over mashed potatoes with a side of steamed broccoli and a dinner roll.

- Taco Tuesday - 3 soft shell corn tortillas filled with seasoned shrimp, beef or chicken.  Served with refried beans, spanish rice & sour cream.

Wednesday

- Dad’s Meatloaf - Our homemade tomato glazed meatloaf stacked tall on toasted marbled rye and mashed potatoes. Topped with crisp bacon, grilled tomatoes and caramelized onions.

- Soup - Stuffed Green Pepper

Thursday

- Dinner Special - BBQ Ribs - Full or Half Rack – Baby back ribs glazed with barbecue sauce, and served with bacon macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread.

- Jambalaya - A little N’awlins in New Glarus. Cajun rice and aromatic veggies tossed with shrimp, andouille sausage and chicken. Served with a homemade cornbread muffin.

Friday

- Catch of the Day - Garlic Shrimp Parmesan Pasta - Pasta tossed with our garlic parmesan sauce, broccoli, carrots, and sautéed shrimp. Served with garlic bread. Gluten Free Pasta aqvailable upon request.

- Friday Fish Fry - Two or four piece wild caught, Atlantic Cod dipped in our Spotted Cow Beer batter and deep fried, served with coleslaw, roll and your choice of side.

- Baked Atlantic Cod - Three piece wild caught Atlantic Cod, lightly seasoned, baked and served with drawn butter, coleslaw, roll and your choice of potato.

- Grilled Shrimp -Skewered shrimp seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with coleslaw and your choice of potato.

Soup- New England Clam Chowder

Saturday

- Prime Rib Sandwich - An 8 ounce cut topped with fried onions, served on a hoagie bun with a side of au jus and your choice of side. ( Available until 5)

- BBQ Ribs - Full or Half Rack – Baby back ribs glazed with barbecue sauce, and served with bacon macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread.

-Prime Rib Dinner (Available after 5 pm) - Slow roasted and served au jus with steamed vegetable and choice of potato.
